Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.

We would like to accept the return or exchange in any cases of below :

2. Return for exchange: 7 days exchange

Return process

1. The customer must contact us by email to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.

2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 14 business days from the day you received it .

Return specification

1. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization number or correct return address OR if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not be in title to refund or exchange the item.

2. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .

3. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Products that are returned to cnreplicas with a missing and damaged will be refused to returned to you , if you return any physically damaged item to us ,the item will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages .

A. What to do if out of stock?

Since the large quantity of goods are shipped from our warehouse, sometimes temporary out of stock may happen, in this case we will contact you as soon as possible, you may choose what to do from the following suggests:

1. If the goods will arrive in a 3 days,  you may choose to wait for the goods。

2. If the goods will take long time to arrive, you may reselect the same price product.
